During his school years, his academic performance was unsatisfactory, and many considered his prospects in education and career to be extremely limited. However, this is precisely what compelled him to seek internal resources for recovery and personal growth.In 1990, the author discovered the principles that later formed the basis of TPR. Over the following decades, in order not to put other people at risk, the author tested the TPR method on himself in the most difficult, sometimes even extreme, life situations.In a sense, the path taken by the author resembles the story of the famous hero Forrest Gump: while science was engaged in lengthy debates about terms and complex theories, he simply pursued his goal, testing each step in practice. As a result, he managed to create a comprehensive theory that combines knowledge about humans and the laws of nature into an understandable and workable system. Today, the TPR method is not just an idea that needs to be tested. It is a tool that has been proven by decades of personal experience.
